Services available in our rooms:
- All our rooms are equipped with a small fridge with pay drinks, a welcome tray with a Senséo coffee machine and a kettle.
- You will also find bath and bed linen, as well as soaps and a hairdryer.
- The "LATCHO-DROM" room has a small kitchenette with electric hob, oven and cooking utensils for 2 people.
- All our rooms have bathroom facilities with shower, bath, WC and washbasin.
- The "LATCHO-DROM" Roulotte does not have a shower (bath only).
Check-in times :
- Monday to Thursday inclusive (excluding public holidays): from 13:30 to 15:30 or from 17:30 to 19:00 ONLY.
- Fridays (excluding public holidays): from 16:00 to 19:00.
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: from 14:00 to 16:00 ONLY.
Check-out times :
- For all rooms : 11:00 maximum.
Means of payment :
A deposit will be requested by bank transfer at the time of booking. This transfer must be made within 3 days using the communication method requested in the confirmation email. The balance must be paid on arrival.
You will find all the necessary information in the confirmation email sent to you after receipt of the booking request (within 24 hours).
About New Year's Eve:
This period is the only time of the year when our establishment requires a minimum of 2 nights, i.e. from 31/12 to 02/01. It is not possible to book a single night from 31/12 to 01/01 or from 01/01 to 02/01.
No exceptions can be made for this period.
Our place is open all year round.

House rules :
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the rooms.
- Any damage or nuisance caused voluntarily or involuntarily may be paid for by the occupants.
- In the event of non-compliance by the guest(s), the hotelier may be obliged to ask the guest(s) to leave the establishment immediately, without any compensation.
- We ask our customers to respect others and to limit noise after 10pm.
- We insist that our guests respect the work done in the rooms, do not deliberately damage the decor and follow the rules provided on arrival.

Cancellation within the stipulated time
- In the event of cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the planned arrival date (or within the time frame stated in the confirmation email), the deposit may be:
- Transferred to another date (subject to availability).
- Refunded, depending on the customer’s choice.
- The deposit can only be transferred once.

Late cancellation
- In the event of cancellation after the stipulated time, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.

Exemption from fees if replaced
- The fees mentioned above will not apply if the customer finds a replacement to take their place for the originally booked date.

Cancellation notification
- All cancellations must be made in writing (by email or post). Cancellations will only be considered if confirmed by us in writing.

Modification of the reservation
- Any modification of the reservation, such as the number of people, the length of stay, or other details, must be approved by us and may incur additional charges.

No-show
- In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the deposit will be lost, and the reservation will automatically be considered cancelled.
General Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers

Validity of Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers issued by our establishment are valid for one year from the date of issuance. The expiration date is clearly indicated on the voucher.
- Once the validity period has expired, the gift voucher can no longer be used.

Extensions
- No extensions to the validity period of gift vouchers are granted under any circumstances. This rule is applied uniformly to all beneficiaries to ensure fairness and respect for the conditions set.

Reservations
- The use of the gift voucher requires a prior reservation. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure availability on your desired date.
- All reservations must be made before the expiration date of the gift voucher.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or any other service or product unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

Loss or Theft
- In the event of loss or theft, the gift voucher cannot be replaced or refunded.
- However, a duplicate may be sent by email, provided we receive sufficient proof that the voucher belongs to you. The required information includes:
- The name of the cardholder used to make the payment.
- The exact communication specified in the payment transfer.

Transfer of Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person, provided they comply with these general terms and conditions and use the voucher within the specified validity period.

Non-Use and Partial Refunds
- In the event of full or partial non-use of the gift voucher before the expiration date, no compensation or refund will be granted, except in the following cases:
- If the unused amount is €40.00 or less, a refund may be issued on-site.
- If the unused amount exceeds €40.00, we invite you to add options to your booking or choose a room or service that corresponds to your voucher’s value. No transfer or refund exceeding €40.00 will be issued.
