Gift voucher

How do I use the gift voucher?

The voucher is valid for one year and allows you to book the room of your choice directly via our site.

• If the voucher amount is less than the price of the selected room, the difference will be paid on site.
• If the room selected is at a lower rate, the difference can be used for options or drinks at the minibar.
• Attention: We no longer refund unused balances. On request, a new one can be issued from the first one, if the remaining balance exceeds €80.00.

Good to know

This gift voucher is only valid for La Balade des Gnomes rooms. It cannot be used at the La Marmite des Trolls restaurant.
