Booking conditions

House rules:

  • The entire stay is to be paid at the time of booking (via PayPal, Payconiq, Visa card, debit card, etc.). No deposit is required.

  • Any voluntary or involuntary damage or nuisance may be invoiced to its occupants.
  • In the event of non-compliance with the rules, we may ask the customer (s) to leave the establishment immediately, without compensation.
  • Thank you for respecting the calm of the place: Noise pollution should be avoided after 22:00.
  • We ask you to take care of our rooms and not to damage the handmade decorations. You will be reminded of the specific rules upon arrival.

Cancellation conditions:

  • In case of cancellation of your reservation, the following conditions apply:
    • Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival : 100% refund
    • Between 13 and 10 days before arrival : 50% refund
    • Between 9 and 7 days before arrival : 25% refund
    • Less than 7 days prior to arrival : no refund
  • Possible replacement: If you find another person to fill the reservation on your dates, no cancellation fees will be applied.
  • Cancellation notification: any cancellation request must be sent in writing (email or post) and will only be taken into account after confirmation from us.
  • Modification of the reservation: any modification (number of people, length of stay, etc.) must be subject to our agreement and may result in additional costs.
  • No-show: in case of absence without prior cancellation, the reservation will be considered canceled without possible refund.

Terms of use of gift vouchers

Validity of gift vouchers

  • Les Gift vouchers are valid for one year from their date of issue, with the deadline clearly indicated on the voucher.
  • After this deadline, the gift voucher can no longer be used.

Extension

No extension of validity is possible. This rule applies to everyone, to ensure fairness and respect for conditions.

Booking

  • The use of a gift voucher requires a prior reservation.
  • We recommend that you book well in advance to ensure the desired availability.
  • The reservation must be made before the expiration date of the voucher.

Non-refund and non-exchange

Gift vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money or any other service, unless otherwise provided by law.

Loss or theft

In case of loss or theft, the gift voucher cannot be replaced or refunded.
However, a duplicate can be sent by email if you provide us with the following evidence:

  • The name of the cardholder used for the down payment.
  • The exact communication shown on the transfer.

Gift voucher transfer

Gift vouchers are Transmissible to another person, provided they comply with these conditions and use the voucher within the time limit.

Non-use and partial refund

  • In case of total or partial non-use of the gift voucher before its expiry date, no refunds will be made.
  • If the amount of Good is higher than the price of the chosen room, the Balance can be used for additional options or drinks from the mini-bar.
  • Les unused balances are no longer refunded. However, upon request, a new voucher can be issued from the first if the remaining amount exceeds €80.00.
